Run your hotel payroll and understand every figure
From the front desk night shift to the kitchen in high season, Hana HR calculates earnings, deductions and taxes for your hotel and shows you where every number comes from.
What each pay period calculates
Mexican labor and tax rules, applied to the daily operation of a hotel.
ISR with employment subsidy
Applies the article 96 rate table of ISR (Mexican income tax) and the employment subsidy each employee is entitled to.
IMSS day by day
Employer and employee contributions to IMSS (Mexican Social Security) are calculated for each day of the period, with the SBC (contribution base salary) and its caps.
Article 93 exemptions
Splits the exempt and taxable part of each earning, such as aguinaldo (year end bonus), vacation premium and overtime.
Overtime and Sundays
Includes overtime, Sunday premium and the paid seventh day for staff on night shifts and weekends.
Gross and net calculator
Turns a gross salary into net pay, or the other way around, before you agree on a salary or a raise.
State payroll tax
Calculates ISN (state payroll tax) at the rate of the state where each property operates.
Every figure with its explanation
Open Show me how («Ver cómo») on any pay slip and review the calculation step by step: taxable base, article 96 bracket, subsidy and final ISR. That way you answer with data when someone from housekeeping or the kitchen asks about their pay slip.
- Taxable base and applied bracket
- Employment subsidy broken down
- IMSS contributions per day
A clear cycle from start to finish
Create the period, calculate, approve, stamp and close. Every stage stays visible and, if a pay slip needs a correction, you replace it without redoing the whole payroll.
- Daily, weekly, 10 day, biweekly, semimonthly or monthly
- Approval before stamping
- Pay slip replacement
Loans and benefits in every period
Record INFONAVIT (housing fund) and FONACOT (worker credit fund) loans, company loans and child support, and Hana HR deducts them every period with a history of movements. Recurring items such as grocery vouchers, savings fund, savings plan, union dues or a fixed bonus apply on every payroll.
- INFONAVIT, FONACOT and company loans
- Child support
- Vouchers, savings, union dues and bonus
