How much does stamping cost?
$3.00 MXN per stamped pay stub, VAT included. It is charged on the 1st of the following month.
Can I pay every week?
Yes. Hana HR supports daily, weekly, ten-day, fourteen-day, semimonthly and monthly periods.
Do I need to buy a time clock?
No. The clock-in kiosk works with an employee number and PIN. If you later want an internet-connected ZKTeco clock, it can be connected as well.
What happens when someone leaves mid-period?
Simulate the settlement, review the result and record the termination. The separation pay stub is stamped with the SeparacionIndemnizacion node.
