Connect the clock already at your door
Set up your ZKTeco clock to send punches over the internet using the iclock/ADMS protocol. If you prefer not to use a clock, set up a kiosk where each employee clocks in with their number and PIN. Both options can run at the same property.

Every punch in the right shift
Night shifts at the front desk, in security or in maintenance often cross midnight. The time clock matches clock-in and clock-out to the right shift, even when they fall on different days. Using your late arrival rule, it proposes late arrivals and absences for you to review.

Import punches from a file
When a clock cannot connect over the internet, upload its punches from a file. They enter the same flow as the rest: proposals, approval and pay period calculation.

The direct internet connection works with ZKTeco clocks that use the iclock/ADMS protocol. For other clocks, the option is to import their punches from a file.
Hana HR does not store fingerprints or any biometric data: the fingerprint is enrolled and stays on the clock.
