Register attendees
Select the hotel employees who took the course.

What Hana HR does not include yet
Talent currently covers training and DC-3 certificates. Hana HR does not yet include recruiting, onboarding or performance reviews.
R2 Academy is a separate, optional product. You do not need it to issue DC-3 certificates.

What is the DC-3 certificate?
It is the form that proves to the STPS that an employee completed a training course. Hana HR generates it as a PDF using the employee file data.
Can I issue several certificates at once?
Yes. Select all the employees who took the course and generate their certificates together.
Does Hana HR upload the information to SIRCE for me?
No. Hana HR prepares the certificate list and you upload it to the STPS SIRCE system.
Do I need R2 Academy?
No. Training and DC-3 certificates come with Hana HR. R2 Academy is optional and adds online courses, exams and certificates for the same people on your payroll.
