When you hire, terminate or change an employee’s wage, the matching IMSS (Mexican Social Security) enrollment notice is prepared. The traffic light shows which ones are on time and which are about to expire. Generate the file for IDSE (the IMSS online filing system) and upload it there.

Is final pay recorded as soon as I calculate it?
No. It is simulated first so you can review it; it is recorded only when you confirm it, and it can be reversed afterward.
What is the difference between finiquito and liquidación?
The finiquito covers what the employee is owed when the employment ends; the liquidación also includes the severance indemnity. Hana HR simulates both.
How do I know if an IMSS notice is about to expire?
The deadline traffic light flags each enrollment notice by how much time is left to file it.
Is the separation payslip stamped?
Yes. It is stamped as a payroll CFDI with the SeparacionIndemnizacion node, and you get its PDF and XML.
